IS ALL YOUR CLOTHING UNISEX?
Everything in the shop is unisex sizing for maximum comfort and inclusivity. A general rule of thumb, women can size down 1 size, 2 sizes if you like your apparel fitted.
I DON’T WANT TO PAY SHIPPING, IS THERE A LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION?
Yes! There are currently 2 local pick-up options in Oxford County. You can snag your gear at Kintore Coffee Café in downtown Embro, ON. Or at WallFlour Bakes in Woodstock ON. But if you spend over $150 there is free shipping across Canada! Spend $200 and it’s free shipping internationally. A great way to save on shipping is to put in a big order with some buddies!
DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT?
If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s the importance of an online presence. I am an online business first and foremost. Follow me on social media to see where and when there are pop-up shops throughout the year. However, there are a few locations you can find a portion of the gear.

I can’t guarantee what stock is like at these locations. As always, your best bet is to order online to ensure you have the best selection of stock and sizes.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM APPAREL?
Yes and no. I offer wholesale pricing with customization, but there are minimum quantities required. There are always different variables to discuss, feel free to shoot me an email and we can chat about what would suit you best.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Bear+Fox is high quality gear with excellent durability. I want everyone to love their gear as much as I do. If you receive an order and it’s not exactly what you want, we can exchange or give store credit within 20 days from order date so long as the piece is not worn, washed or damaged. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. Otherwise, local exchanges can be arranged on a by order basis.
WHAT’S YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Typically everything on my website is in stock. I pride myself on a speedy turn around time, and I look to have all orders packed within a 48h time frame. Depending on where you choose to pick up, or if you opted for shipping, the turn around time can range from mere hours to 1 week. If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of placing it online, reach out and we can sort it out. Back order options obviously are not included in the 48h packing time.
CAN I BE IN ONE OF YOUR PHOTOSHOOTS?
I typically search for other business owners to participate in my photoshoots to help grow brand awareness for the small towns I call home. That being said, there are occasionally open calls on social media for models. So if you’re following me on Instagram, Facebook or tiktok – you might be lucky enough to see a casting call!
